We ship our DVD videos from Europe. Shipment from Europe will be done by standard mail, shipment from the USA will be done by UPS.
We deliver the order in two weeks after we received your payment for the order.

RETURN POLICY:
We will promtly replace DVD (contingent upon manufacturer's guidelines) that are found to be defective upon initial use. If the replacement is not available, credit will be issued.
Only products purchased from OUR SHOP are eligible for return. All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be authorized in advance! xxrateddvds reserve the right to limit and/or restrict return privileges on items that have been discontinued or restricted by manufacturers without notice, please contact us if you have more questions.
1. To obtain a Return Authorization, please e-mail to Customer Service with the invoice number and explanation of the problem.
2. Customer Service will reply within 24h work day with the Return Authorization number.
3. Ship the authorized product, prepaid freight, to location specified, to arrive within 14 days of the authorization. Include only item(s) for which authorization has been received. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping package.
4. Record the Return Authorization number for future reference.
5. DVDs returned to xxrateddvds and found not to be defective and/or not meeting
manufacturer guidelines will be returned to customers at their expense. Due
to manufacturer's policies, certain conditions are not considered defects and
will not be authorized for the return:
• DVDs without original packaging
